Shirley Weiss is a local artist from the Grande Prairie – Valleyview area and has lived in the Peace Country region for most of her life. Shirley completed high school with 2 years of art instruction by correspondence from the University of Alberta. Although she has been creating her entire life, her practice has become more driven and focused over the last 5 years. She has works in numerous private and corporate collections throughout Alberta and abroad.
